General questions
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of the order.
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in AT, DE and CH within 1-2 days.
For deliveries within the EU/EWR:
The order arrives 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract and for International orders within 2-5 Days after your order has been dispatched.
We keep every customer updated with shipping information and tracking details.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
EU orders:
Duties and taxes are included in your final price. In some cases, local customs may ask for additional information to complete delivery.
Non-EU orders:
Duties and taxes are not included and may apply depending on local import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us right away if you need to update anything.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
