Shipping Information

Delivery times & shipping costs

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after an order is placed.
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered as follows:

  • Austria: 24-48 hours 
  • Germany: 1-3 days
  • Italy: 2-5 days
  • Other EU/EWR: 2-4 days
  • International*: 2-5 Days after

* Currently we do not ship to the USA but are working on resuming deliveries soon.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered;

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping methods: DHL Express, GLS.

Please note all other relevant information, e.g. possible delays due to high order volume or problems with the postal service that are not within our area of responsibility.

Deliveries within the EU

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

Deliveries outside the EU

All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package has reached your country. Rare Humans does not withhold duties and taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's guidelines.


Returns

At Rare Humans Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply send the package back to us at your own cost. Please include a note inside the package clearly stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange, along with your order number. We kindly ask that you do not send items freight collect, as we cannot accept unpaid returns.

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract, the goods must be sent back or handed over to us within 30 days. This deadline is met as long as the goods are dispatched before the 30-day period expires. 

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition—ideally in the original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, use appropriate protective packaging to avoid damage during transit. While this is not a formal requirement for exercising your right to cancel, following these steps helps ensure a smooth return process.

Please avoid handling the items more than necessary, as you may be liable for any reduction in value caused by improper handling. We reserve the right to deduct such diminished value from your refund if it results from use beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Upon cancellation, we will refund the payment for the product(s) received from you, including standard delivery charges. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of having sent them back—whichever occurs first.
